What happened to AVG?

 

Well, as of 5th September 2017 AVG Technologies & Avast combined. Avast’s official release notes state: “With the AVG and Avast merge, we have been working on making our Antivirus solutions more robust, combining both Avast and AVG’s technology together to provide better protection for all.”

 

Working in close partnership with AVG for over 8 years, as a CloudCare authorised reseller we can offer you an award-winning cloud-based managed service that supersedes traditional stand-alone antivirus solutions. Most of our clients choose the “Partner Managed” option, where 4IT perform admin duties within the CloudCare portal including monitoring & new deployments. Alternatively, if you have an in-house IT team you may wish to go “Self-Managed” whereby your IT administrator has their own login to the portal & complete control of device management.
